Harry Gregson-Williams ( born in 1961) is a composer, orchestrator, conductor and music producer from the UK. Most known for his film scores. He has regularly written for video games, television and films, such as Metal GearSolid series, the Shrek series… He has also composed music for several video games. Harry Gregson-Williams won a musical scholarship to St John's College at the University of Cambridge at the age of seven, where he was a child chorister, and later attended a boarding independent school in Buckinghamshire, where he was a music scholar, followed by the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.
John Powell (born 18 September 1963) is an English composer, best known for his scores to motion pictures. He has been based in Los Angeles since 1997 and has composed the scores to over fifty feature films. He is particularly known for his scores for animated films, including Antz, Chicken Run, Shrek (all three co-composed with Harry Gregson-Williams).
