Adagio for Harmony is a work of great serenity, composed by Eric Demarsan, a French composer famous for his film scores such as “L'armée des ombres” (Army of Shadows), “Le cercle rouge” (The Red Circle) and “Les spécialistes” (The Specialists). Originally written for another format, it has been adapted here for concert band, revealing all the rich colors and textures of this ensemble.
